We’re incredibly proud to share that Masechaba Makhura, Senior Associate in our Investment Team has been accepted into the inaugural Southern African Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (SAVCA) Fellowship Programme.
The SAVCA Fellowship is a prestigious leadership development initiative designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential young professionals in South Africa’s private capital sector. Fellows are exposed to a rigorous programme of technical training, mentorship, coaching, masterclasses, and collaborative case study work aimed at preparing participants for future senior leadership roles within the industry.
Only 10 Fellows were selected for the inaugural programme.
SAVCA noted that Masechaba was recognised for her “talent, intellect, and character traits” and identified as a young leader with the potential to help shape the future of South Africa’s private capital sector.
