The leadership team began investing together more than ten years ago, seeding the birth of Infinite Partners in 2022. Over that time, we’ve seen the depth and potential of South Africa’s mid-market: ambitious businesses reshaping industries; scaling through sustainable growth; entering and creating new markets; and challenging the way things have always been done.
We chose to build Infinite Partners shaped by this insight.

Fund I established our foundation. Infinite Partners Core Equity Fund II strengthens our momentum and extends our capacity to partner with the next generation of mid-market leaders.

Infinite Partners Core Equity Fund II
(Currently Investing)
Fund II targets R2.5bn in committed capital and seeks to partner through control positions.
The Fund is deploying R150mn – R500mn per investment through growth, buyout, or replacement capital. Larger deployments are aimed at enabling platforms with capacity for bolt-on acquisitions and those seeking notable investment to scale.
Our focus for Fund II is on sectors with a discernible tailwind within the South African mid-market, with the option to invest up to 25% in the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa.
Fund II represents the next stage of our strategy as an independent, majority black women-owned manager, leveraging our experience to support high-conviction opportunities in South Africa’s mid-market.
Mid Market Fund I
(Fully Invested)
Mid Market Fund I raised R2.5bn committed capital and established our foundation in 2016, deploying R75mn – R350mn per investment across proven mid-market businesses.
The fund strategy combined control and joint-control investments with minority BEE co-investments typical of its mandate at the time.
Fund I delivered multiple realisations, with the remaining several portfolio companies being readied for exit. It reflects over a decade of disciplined execution and shared momentum.
