Its suite of services, including card acquiring, integrated payments, and reconciliation solutions, has positioned it as a key player in the market, with a broad customer base spanning various industries.
“We are proud to have been part of this transformative deal as an investor in CROSSFIN HOLDINGS,” said Edward Pitsi Co-Founder & CEO of Infinite Partners. “This acquisition not only creates value for our stakeholders but also reinforces our commitment to supporting innovation and growth in the fintech space.” said Naomi Nethengwe, Principal at Infinite Partners.
The acquisition’s completion is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.
Infinite Partners is delighted to have played a role in the successful sale of Adumo and looks forward to seeing the continued success and growth of the company under its new ownership. This transaction further highlights our commitment to supporting innovative ventures within the fintech landscape.
